A place that is definitely worth the trip and that is not so far from Vienna.
If you are a fan of grilled meat and exceptionally fruity white wines this is a must try.

We stayed in Goettlesbrunn over a long weekend and we came to this restaurant twice, once for lunch and once for dinner. The food is simply outstanding and the service is also excellent (the staff is very professional). We highly recommend the grilled dishes, as they are their specialty (both meat and fish). We have also ordered some of the juiciest sautéed porcini mushrooms. Their wine list has a lot to offer, amongst regional and international wines. We recommend trying regional ones (Burgenland/ Carnuntum wines). The restaurant is 40 km from Vienna and the culinary experience is definitely worth the trip!
