Creamy chicken breast that never gets boring.
TOTAL TIME: 30 minutes SERVES: 4
INGREDIENTS
4 boneless chicken breasts
zest of two bio lemons
1 spoon of lemon juice
1 spoon of fresh thyme leaves
2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
pepper&salt
4 spoons of olive oil
100ml cream
METHOD
In a bowl combine the crushed garlic, the olive oil, the lemon zest & juice and the thyme.
Quickly wash the the boneless chicken breasts under cold water and dry the remaining water with paper towels.
Place the chicken breasts in the marinade and turn a couple of times so season. Add salt and pepper and mix well.
In the meantime, place a flat pan on the fire and poor a couple of spoons of olive oil in it. Place the chicken breasts on the hot pan and cook on high heat on each side for a couple of minutes. Lower the heat and poor the rest of the marinade on top of the chicken breasts. As a second step, add the cream. Cook for about 10 minutes low heat. Adjust of salt and pepper if needed.
Serve the chicken breasts with some extra creamy sauce and a sprinkle of thyme and lemon zest.
